Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at LOMA! We strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience, including hassle-free shipping.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping New Zealand wide. A rural delivery charge of $6.50 apply to rural address, if you have a rural address please use the drop down menu at checkout and choose Rural delivery.

Australian Shipping - $30 NZD flat fee for International economy - tracked. Target delivery time is 3-10 working days to major towns and cites

Shipping Methods

Economy tracked shipping with NZ post typically takes 1-2 business days for around the North Island and 2-3 between islands. For rural addresses please allow an additional few days. 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. If your order is a "Made to order" item we aim to make and dispatch within 2 weeks of placing your order.  During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always work diligently to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

While we strive to ensure the safe delivery of all orders, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
