There are 7 holes in total, 1" apart. For best fit aim for the middle hole or one either side if you are between sizes.
X-Small - 30.5"- 32.5" / 31.5" middle hole
Small - 33.5"-35.5"/ 34.5" middle hole
Medium - 37"-39" / 38" middle hole
Large - 40"- 42" / 41" middle hole
X-Large - 43"- 45" / 44" middle hole
